I have had great service from Hyundai Bedfordview ever since my Fiance bought an Elantra from them 1 year ago. As a result when I was looking for a replacement for my vehicle, Hyundai was at the top of my list. I managed to find a good deal on a 2011 Hyundai H1 panel van (28 000kms). Once I purchased the vehicle I discovered there were a few cosmetic issues. I contacted Hyundai as the vehicle is still under warranty and was put through to Michael Branders.(Service Manager)
He advised me to bring the vehicle into the dealership and they would assess the situation. I was expecting a war considering that I did not buy the car from Bedfordview Hyundai.
On the contrary the service was brilliant. Michael accessed the damage and accepted responsibility for the issues. He made no accusations, or assumptions instead boasted about, and stood by Hyundai's build quality and insisted the issues would be rectified. Although I am still waiting for the final outcome. I am very impressed with Hyundai today and therefore would recommend the vehicle as well as the Bedfordview dealership to all. Well done Michael... made my day!
