1.I went to Warmbaths Hyundai on the 19th of June to book my cars 30 000km service the lady at the service Centre were very help full and friendly at the beginning when I booked my service's I asked the lady can you please tell me what they are going to do with this service she told me that her system is offline she will call me back and tell me. She has not phoned me back to date with any information. I phoned them on the Thursday 20th June to find out if they have got any feedback about the queries I had about the service then they had the excuses that she is moving offices and she will phone me back as soon as her computer is back online so I said please let her phone me back please. Therefore, she has not phoned me back yet to date. I then gave her a call again on Saturday morning the 22nd of June and yet again she weren't there so I asked the lady that I spoke to that this is really bad service that I am receiving so far from them and lodged a complaint with the lady spoken to on the Saturday morning because how many times do I have to phone to find out what they will be doing at the 30 000 km service.
