Took my car for 30 000 service to Rustenburg Hyundai, reported the noise coming from gearbox for the 5 th time. When collected my vehicle found my service book not stamped and front wheel cap missing, it was reported to me thy could not found the Origen of the noise but when I drove my car no more noise, when reported about service book not stamped it was done with a bad attitude, when asked where my front wheelcap was thy told me it never had a cap although an inspection was done when it was booked in and it was not reported as missing (it was never missing) when requesting for a new cap immediately I was told thy will order the cap, I insisted that I want it immediately, the manager was called to assist and had the "I am doing you a favor attide" I told him when my car was booked in it had a wheel cap and want one immediately he said he can not S &? : t a wheel cap and after exchange of words he told me "Get in your car and get lost" Now this is surely service at a very low standard. Stay away from Rustenburg Hyundai nor buy from them as the buying part is even worse. And this is for a car out of the Box.
