I took my vehicle in for new discs and pads. PG was very helpful in finding parts for my Land Rover discovery. He phoned me later to inform me that they forgot to lock my suspension when working on my vehicle and that they will take it to the L/Rover dealership to rectify, but i would not be able to get my vehicle back that same day. I was disappointed but understood and we arranged to talk the next morning to see how long the repairs will take. The next morning the suspension was sorted but they needed me to buy a brake sensor to complete the job. I did that and took the vehicle back. They advisedme that it would take 20 mins to install. After approximately 1 hour they in formed me that i needed to buy another brake sensor. Their driver drove me to the dealership and i bought another sensor. I already had a meeting and sent the 2nd brake sensor back to Supa Quick with their driver for them to install. The driver then forgot to give them the sensor and when i arrived to pick up my car the parts was not even there! I gave them another 2 hours to fix the job only to find that they did not properly install the sensors! 3 missed meetings, 2 frustrating days! Pathetic! No space left!
