After my complaint last week about the service we got from Hyundai Boksburg Hyundai's head office contacted my husband about the cracked windscreen.
Justin from Hyundai Boksburg phoned my husband and asked if Tuesday the 28th will suit us to bring the car in to have the windscreen replaced. We left our car there for the work to be done yesterday morning, my husband phoned later in the afternoon to hear if he can come and fetch the car only to be told by Justin that they did not do the job the car had to stay the night they will do the job today, this morning my husband phoned Justin at 8 o'clock but got to speak to Gerrit and told him that we will come and collect the car at 11 o'clock and to please phone him to say it will be ok Gerrit never phoned back, we went to Hyundai af 12 the work was still not done the guy only arrived there at 12.30.
I think that the people at Hyundai did this delibretly to get us back for complaining the first time, we are suppose to take our car for a service next week but we are not Hyundai Boksburg will NEVER see us again and I advice people to not trust Hyundai THEY PHONED US to bring the car in!!!
