Lindsay Saker
Never been informed about the process of car deal

I had recently bought a 2009 T3 plus, registration number BC88JT GP, from Lindsay Sakar Fourways. My sales consultant at the dealership was Joe and the person who took me through the paperwork was a lady named Adele.
The paperwork process was done on the 11 June 2013. Since I'm a first time buyer, I had my own assumption of the things the car would come fitted with. My reason for writing this to you is because according to the National Credit Act (NCA) of 2005, I am told I was supposed to be taken through all the particular details in the paperwork like:
*Repayments and obligations to the finance house
*Vehicle details: warranty, service and maintenance plan
*Insurance
*Vehicle tracking device
On the 11 June 2013, around 8am I was called by Joe telling me that I need to come sign the papers for the car since my finance application had been approved. Later in the afternoon I arrived at the dealership and Joe took me straight to Adele's office. Because I had only 45minuted left of my lunch hour, I had explained to her before we proceeded that I couldn't stay long. She then had told me that this was going to be a quick processc cause its just signing of the car.
