Sometime in April 2013, my mom purchased a vehicle for me and left everything to me. From chooising the type of vehicle straight through to ensure finance was approved. I curse the day I came across the Sales man Jonathan Mathibe and the F& I Rika Venter. To start off i had my own finance approved by ABSA and was told the process to approve with their inhouse finance woul densure speedy delivery to my suprise the rate my own finance and their finance was increased which we noticed when signing the contract. As if that was not enough the sales man 'forgot' to add licence & reg which i had to pay 1900.00 for should i want delivery of the vehicle the same day. 3 months down the line my brand new vehicle started over heating and was just brished off with a 'these things happen' . The last straw was trying to book it for a service booy oooh boy did this salesman come up with stories, I told you about service plan you said no, i didnt tell you it was going to increas your installment. When in fact he did not inform me, how would i refuse to have such and the reason for purchasing a new car is that warranty & service is paid for. Never have i come across such rubbish and coverup
