I took my I car to kia wonderwaters because of battery issues and had to make a claim with SA warranties as that is covered with them. The 1st day I went there which was the 7 June 2013 I spoke to Kobus who after I have explained and showed him the booklet said it was not valid for me giving his reasons. I then called SA warranties and they clarified that I am covered for that. I then went back to Kia Wonderwaters and Hein Botha assisted and it was approved. Hein listens to his customers and give the best advices possible. He knows his Job and Big ups to him
