Frustrated with the service at Kia Roodepoort

Frustrated with the service at Kia Roodepoort it is so bad that I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I had a finance application on the 20th August begging to get the process going and now the car has been sold to someone ells. (How the do you get that right?)There must be a massive communication gap within the dealership and cannot see how this can be run/managed as well-oiled machine... I had first option on the car and told the finance lady (Lina) that I want to get the process going, she then passed me onto (Michael) who should have come back to last week Friday at 12 after my finance was approved. This was after 6 phone call to the dealership to find out what's happing with the process/application...! Andre was off for 2 days not passing my documents on to some ells to get the process going, (Lizette) took over after I was at the dealership on Thursday. Lizette and one of the other sales staff promised that the wont sell the vehicle after I asked them are you 100% sure! over and above that I had my finance application pending not because of my credit record but sales and finance dragging their feet.
