I approached the dealer as there was a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. The initial process in purchasing the vehicle was reasonably good. The problem began when I had to call the dealer constantly in order to get feedback with regard to how far the application process was. I was then told that my finance application had been approved and at long last I was satisfied that getting my car. In the process of waiting for the bank to send the contract to the dealer for me to sign for the car, the dealership sold that car to someone else, regardless of the fact that my contract was in the process of being sent to them for me to sign. I feel that the professionalism and work ethics of the dealership is most disappointing. The car should have been marked as sold as I repeatedly told the salesman that I will take the vehicle when I told the finance was approved. I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future.
