LACK OF AFTER SALES SERVICE

I saw a pre-owned vehicle on their website and started enquiring. The salesman was quick and eager and answered all my questions. Very impressed with the whole deal, so we set off to go view and test drive the car. I was informed that the salesman will not be there, but his colleagues will gladly assist. We went there that day, no one really eager to help, no test drive offered, the dealer principle greeting half-heartedly, not that I was expecting the red carpet, but then again I was only spending over a 100k on a car maby you get treated better if you spend 200k or more who knows.
I did however buy the car, but the aftersales service we received from this branch, continuously phoning for paperwork was pathetic. Just when I thought I was finished with these people I book my new car in for a service because they told me, I still have a 100 000km or 5year service maintenance plan, and today they dealer where I want to service my car tells me No mam only 60 000km or 3 years. The papers are signed on the dotted line and Lindsay Saker received their money, not much I can do now, but at least somebody out there can read this and be warned about Pre - Owned sales & after sales
