My car went for a service in Aug 12 and it was detected that the driver side electric window motor needed to be replaced under the car's warranty. Now, a year later, no one gave us feedback, and what makes it worse is that the car is STILL not repaired. I had to call Talita, I had to follow up. Car dealer sales personnel fall over one anothers feet to sell a car to you, but once the sale was concluded, no after sales service is provided. It seems at least that this is the case with Kia, Port Shepstone - they just don't care at all!! Blatently. Talita should stop passing the buck and start taking accountability!! I want my car fixed - NOW!!
