2 WEEKS AGO I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT WHICH REQUIRED ME TO BOOK IN VEHICLE AT THE PANEL BEATERS (RENEW IT IN SANDTON). THE INSURANCE COMPANY PROMISED TO HAVE MY VEHICLE READY IN 2 AND A HALF WEEKS, WHEN I CALL 2 1/2 WEEKS LATER ZOLA MASELLA INFORMS ME THAT THE PANEL BEATERS ARE DOING PAINT WORK AND HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME TO TELL EXACTLY WHEN I WOULD GET MY VEHICLE OF WHICH HE DID NOT.
I CALLED THE FOLLOWING MORNING, I GET ANOTHER LADY BY THE NAME OF JAMILLA AND SHE CONNECTS MY CALL TO THE PANEL BEATERS. THEY IN TURN INFORMED ME THAT MY VEHICLE WILL NEED AN EXTRA WEEK BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET PARTS.
I SPOKE TO THE ASSESSOR TSHEPO LINYANYABEDI &REQUESTED A COURTESY CAR FROM THE PANEL BEATERS AND THEY COULDN'T ACCOMMODATE ME.
THE HEAD OF THE PANEL BEATERS IS AHMED VALLEY WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK,
TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL.
I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM ALL PARTIES INVOLVED AND
DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM SANTAM AS I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!
THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
