My car was taken to Renew-it Randburg in August 2013. Up till today I have not received my car. I was promised that I'll get my car within 2 weeks but till 12/09/2013 no car. Now I'm told about a strike.
Makes me wonder why ABSA i-direct would do business with such an unreliable service provider. I was transferred to a lady by the name of Caren handling the courtesy vehicles that has no telephone etiquette.
