I have been to 4 kia dealerships in kzn and have finance approved, but have been informed that they cannot tell me when i will receive my vehicle. I have even promised that i will get the vehicle by on of the sales consultants.
I have contacted the kia south africa customer care and still get bad service, they promise to contact me and never do, no one gets back to me when they say they will and the customer care agents are just trained to say "we cannot give you an arrival date as cars get allocated to dealers once it arrives from korea and they do not know what is being sent from korea", is this kia's service delivery. I cannot even get to speak to a senior manager as they are either in meetings or unavailable.
what is the point of taking an order of a vehicle when you cannot deliver?
why even advertise for stock you do not even have?
do you want my business?
I am being pushed from pillar to post with making calls to these dealerships and getting no joy.
It is absolutely shocking that no one can give me an answer and no one is taking responsibility.
