MINI SA SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!!

Service from Mini SA and Mini Bruma SHOCKING!!!
I sent my mini in for a warning light and the 2nd time for a jerking problem. I was called at 3pm on the same day to confirm my vehicle will be ready at 5. 30mins later got a call saying they wont release my car and require a part from Germany for the computer box causing the light warning. However they promise to give me a car the next day. The next day i had to call them for the car which they said would be ready by end of day. At 5pm I get another call saying they don't have any cars for me. I escalated this to Mini SA and the lady whom called me was of no help at all. It's going to take 2 weeks for a part from Germany and im left without a vehicle. Nor a courtesy vehicle. Mini SA said they cant pay for a hired vehicle nor can they release my vehicle nor can they give me a courtesy vehicle. SHOCKIN and UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. THIS IMPACTS My ability to earn money. Yet MINI SA CANNOT HELP and have no expectation to assist me with a vehicle while they don't have stock of a part they should have in stock! I mean really MINI SA no stock of a part. I told Mini SA to keep this car then, to there shocking customer care response NO!..
