Another blame game situation with Kia. (not the first time)
My work vehicle has a faulty alternator and breaks down. I get the vehicle to the branch but I'm told that it will only be looked at the following day (after making arrangements to be repaired immediately). The following day I'm told that "Korea" will only authorise a repair and not replace the part but the dealership does not have the spares. I speak to the "Help Desk" (contadiction in terms) Who inform me that it is at their discretion and stand firm. The Umhlanga dealership will not give me a loan vehicle or even deliver the vehicle back to me (it's at their discretion) The manager, Luke Reddy does not even take or return my calls.
An extended warranty is useless if they make a basic repair like an alternator sooooo difficult.
