I place a special order at FLM Norwood. It was a request for something they usually don't do, but Philip took my order and was very helpful. Charles called me 2 hours later to say my order was ready. When I went to collect it he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He gave me truly outstanding service and is a credit to this company.
