I had seen a vehicle advertised on the imperial select website. I phoned and arranged a testdrive for the following day with Charles. The next day I went to the dealership to testdrive the vehicle and took some people with me to assist. when we arrived, charles informed me that the vehicle we had arranged to testdrive was unavailable due to there beinig a waterleak on the vehicle. I would have appreciated a phone call from Charles earlier the morning to inform me of this because it was very bad to inconvenience not only myself but the other people who had come to assist me.
