Bad & unsatisfying moving experience with Gigi's

The movers are very unfriendly. Don't greet you even if you greet them, don't answer you. They did not have an inventory list with them. I did submit a complete inventory list but were informed that the truck was full with no space for some of my goods and I must pay R800 extra to move them. I phoned the office but according to them they can do nothing, I must pay the R800. I agreed to pay and was informed that they can now move more of my goods with the first load but not all of it. How do you explain this. In my option this is just a way to obtain extra money. I discussed this with two other persons both indicated that they had the same experience with Gigi's. The bad attitude, the truck full and the extra payment for a second load. If they claim that they have so many years experience in moving furniture then they must by now be able to send a truck that can transfer your goods as specified on the inventory list. With the second load the truck just took off without informing me. When I checked they did not load everyting. They damaged my potplants and house walls without informing me because they were to rushed to finish but they did have time to seach through my waste bins
