So i got a call from Avis pinetown, the call starts with what time am I bringing the car in, he phone at 16.23 today, mind you this car has been hired for past 6 months, So I told him the car is hired by the company so he needs to confirm with them, he kept going on that the car is only hired till today and he just kept repeating this like a mantra. He said he hasn't contacted anyone then after a while he tells me he was in contact with the company who hired the vehicle, he said they were suppose to email a voucher, which he did not receive, so i asked him if he contacted the company again and he said its against company policy and he can only phone once. So I asked him if somebody owes you money do you only phone once. He kept going on and made no sense at all. He has a serious attitude problem and the last thing he should be doing is providing service to customers. I do want to deal with him any more, could you please have somebody with atleast half a brain to handle the hire.
