Last year December 29 i hired a car from the avis durban branch for 5 days returned it on the 3rd of january, they took the deposit R4820, 00 and their hire money, on the 26th of january i hired a car yet another car from durban and they took a deposit of 1470, and their hire money. its been two months since the first deposit they havent returned any of it when i call them they give me a whole lot of stories, what have they been doing all along. in addition to that, they keep debiting R 234.00 that no one authorised, i have no idea what that is about, that money now amounts tomore that R2000.00. im am not happy with avis not giving me my money back and they insist on taking money from my bank account.
