Last month i took my car to be repaired at Renew it randburg, and i got a hired car from Avis with my insurance Alexander forbes, my contract with Alexander forbes allows me to have hired car for 30 days, but unfortunaltely Renew It is not yet done with repairing my car and AlexanderForbes is refusing to extend the hired car for a week and now i am supposed to pay R2000.00 for having the car for more than 30 days, which is not my fault that Renew it is taking their time in reparing my car, i tried liasing with responsible person from AlexanderForbes by telling him that the car is still at renew and to please extend the hired car with atleast 10 more days but he said i will have to hire the car at my own expense... Who must be responsible for paying the R2000.00, ME, RENEW IT OR ALEXANDER FORBES?
