I was not aware that the company like Avis can practise such thuggery. I am more than disappointed.
My Insurance company hired me a car from Avis from 2 July to 4 August 2013. I was told to pay a petrol deposit before I could take the vehicle with the agreement that this will be refunded when I return the car with a full tank but up to until today that money is not paid back.
I called the Contact act centre on Monday 11 November just to follow up on my payment and I was told the money will be paid back to me within 3 days, I still do not have that money.
I have previously spoke to one of their consultant (2 MONTHS AGO) who also promised to pay me back but nothing happened.
I am so disappointed in this Avis and do not wish to do business with them anymore. I do not even think I will recommend any of the people at my work or in the community to do business with Avis.
