On 17 December 2013, a lady that had a hired car from Avis, Strand street branch Cape Town knocked into my parked car in short market street, very nice lady found me while i was working as she was from the U.K here on holiday. We went to police station together made the case so that she could return accident report to Avis as she returned the hired car when we came from police station. Having problems with Avis now as there is no communication between branch and Claim office, Lady by the name of Lee Stone at the claim office with a stinking attitude lying so much about not getting documents Via email from my husband and the very Nice branch manager at Cape Town branch just confirm her lying all the time as my husband CC him in on themails. All i want from Avis is to fix my car as ill be going on maternity leave very soon and need my car. (very frustrated at this point) as Lee Stone still admit in our telephone conversation, why should she contact me if they ow me money, its my duty to phone after them!!! shoooo can you believe it~~! ~ But my husband phoned and email Lee Stone how many times and just no reply...
