IGNORED BY BMW CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 19th of July 2013, following horrific service from the BMW Randburg Repair Center, I called then emailed the BMW Customer Service Center requesting assistance with the installation of a panel to my bmw 120i, which BMW do not have to pay for, which was supposed to be done in 2011 and to date my requests for assistance have been ignored.
