I called the contact center when i had an incident with my vehicle and i logged a claim. I was informed that I would be contacted by someone from the claims department that was on the 22/03/13, I only received an email from a Lomacia Cave on the 26/03/2013, with instructions on what to do, i did what was requested and emailed all the required documents on the 27/03/13, i never received any response till i sent an email to Lomacia on the 08/04/13 requesting progress on the claim still no response and when i call the call center i hold for over 30min, on the 10/4/13 i sent a second email requesting the status on claim at this stage an assessor was assigned, and when i called the call center i was told that the car has been authorised to be fixed but the panel beater was not the one i requested quotations from and when i queried this i was told we will call you back. Today the 25/04/13 my car still not fixed and am still waiting for FNB insurance brokers to tell me where to send my ca
