I got a Telkom line installed at my property 2 weeks ago. When Calvin arrived to do the installation he informed me that he had a faulty glue gun and could not complete the installation. He assured me that he would be back the next day or on the Monday. He never arrived. I went into the Telkom service center to ask for assistance regarding the matter, they phoned him and made a confirmed arrangement for Friday, 28 June. He did not show. He phoned me on Wednesday, 3 July, to ask when he can come. I said anytime today, 5 July, before 12. He still has not come. I don't know what to do from here? The cables are lying on my floors and looks terrible when clients come in to see us! Terrible service!
