I have a 2Gig prepaid data sim of which expires on the 15/08/2013. On the 10/08 this sim balance was cut off. I called 140 on the 11th to query as to why it was cut as I still had over 1Gig left. Call center 140 is pointless, I called 4 times after was told I must wait 48 Working hrs. On the 19th I was told they will sort it out by the 21st. Till today I got no help. Sad to see how a help center knows nothing.
