This is the 4th time I log a complaint gaist Mtn regarding my cellphone that was booked for repair on the 7th of July. Montoa replied and promised to get back to me as the matter is escallate to managent of the repair center. I haven't received any proper feedback to date and when I called the repair center to find out what's the progress is, I was shocked to find out that It's not even booked in but lying in one of the store.

This is the worst customer service that I've ever received and and I'm done with mtn. I've be paying for months without a cellphone. axactly what am I paying for? 've given Mtn ample time to resolve the matter and clearly no one is attending to this on taking me srious. Either Mtn gives me a new phone or cancell their contract with me as I will not go on another day without a cell phone. I will nevr again do business with mtn ever.

Montoa replied twice to my complaint but that was it, over promise and under deliver.
