FNB roadside assistance

Car broke down during peak hour blocking traffic flow. Called FNB roadside assistance. Within 5mins my details were taken. 1 minute later the contact center called me again to tell me the AA tow truck will collect my vehicle with 30 - 45 mintes. 30mins later the tow truck was there. AA roadside assistance was also very efficient. Noted everything on my vehicle, loaded onto truck and knew exactly how to load it off at BMW service center after hours.
