I bought a vehicle from McCarthy Audi Wonderboom about a month ago and got a Tracker unit installed. After Tracker sent me an sms stating that my unit is not working I asked for it to be fixed. They came and replaced my unit after saying that they would not charge me to fix my problem as it is a brand new unit. After they re-installed the unit it still doesn't work to this day, and to top it all off Tracker took R2336 out of my bank account after the agreed amount per month would be R199. I want this problem sorted out ASAP please! And my money refunded
