Poor service which ended up damaging my vehicle

Am referring to Graham Meas email I received he advised he explained the policy and procedures which were done. I was under the impression that the unit was de-installed from my car as per agreement with Tracker only to find out 6months later that the unit is still in my vehicle. As I am logging this complaint the unit is still in my car. I was queering the wires which are still in my vehicle and I was advised wires are for blue tooth, I asked Graham to check on their system if there is any record of the unit being returned or if it's fitted for another client at first he insisted the unit is still in my vehicle & I advised him i will take the vehicle to the garage then he later confirmed there is no record of unit being returned. I went to my garage and my service advisor confirmed with me unit is still in my car. Its because of the unit I am having numerous problems with my vehicle as it has been in and out the garage, reason for termination for my contract was because of the poor installation which caused too much damaged to my vehicle. All I want is to be compensated and the unit removed from my vehicle A.S.A.P. I wish my insuarance (ABSA) never introduced me to Tracker.
