Car bought without spare key and service book

I bought a VW Polo 2013 Comfortline on the 30/09/13 at Imperial Select Florida. The car was from Kia motors Edenvale, this was the arrangement between 2 garages. I went and fetch my car at Imperial Select Florida, i was told the car don't have a spare key and a service book, they will call me as soon as its available. I have been making contacts with Terence from Imperial Select Florida my salesperson, making phone calls, emailing until today i haven't received the spare key and the service book. My worry is the 2 garages have my address anything is possible, my car can be, i can loose the only key i have, whats going to happen???
