It has been 3 weeks since my UNISA Study Material was meant to be dispatched from sky net and now boarding into the fourth week i still have not recieved my things. Every time I call i am told that it is "on the way" or that it is just sitting in the warehouse.
I am utterly disgusted by this how can it honestly take more than 3 weeks to get a parcel from one place to another which is less than a 30km distance apart???
surely Skynet should be aware of the importance of getting students books to them on time. thanks to their MAJOR mess up i have an assignment due on the 5 August and no books to complete it. assuming they actually get the parcel to me this week. i have only two weeks to study the material and still do the assignment...
