L received the wrong study material

L have been waiting for my study material for about 2 weeks now and after numerous calls to Skynet l got home and found my parcel had been delivered. The only problem is that when l opened it, it wasnt my material inside. The parcel had my name on the pack but inside the consigment note and everything else was for a Ms T Ndlovu. l have no idea who that is. So l immediately try to get hold of skynet to arrange for them to fetch this stuff and deliver the correct material. They say their call centre is 24 hrs but l tried so many times and couldnt get hold of anyone. l wasted my airtime.
So now lm sitting with someone elses study material and l havent received mine, l have assignments due in 2 weeks time!!.l even tried calling the cellphone number of the person the stuff was supposed to go to but couldnt get through either... Terrible service. Tracking number UNP4156725
