Poor service, lack of feedback and

I am a student at Unisa. My study material was dispatched on 20/12/2012 with Skynet. However, it is over 5 weeks now and I have not received my material yet.

I have been contacting Skynet about this everyday since the 15th January and have called them numerous times per day. Every time I call, I either get put on hold and the call cuts, or someone tells me they will call me back and never does. It is over a month now that I am begging someone to assists me to get this sorted out and I need to start with my studies as assignments are due shortly.
I discussed this numerous times with a supervisor by the name of Dumelo from Skynet who keeps promising me that the material will be delivered the next day. On 29/12/2013 he said that books were re-issued by Unisa and that the driver was on his way to Pretoria to collect and it would be delivered by 14h30 on the 29th January 2013. I called back at 15:00 to find out why the parcel was not delivered and they said he had left for the day. I want to know why is he messing me around. It is really frustrating to wait for study material for over a month and then get no information about what is happening. i am really annoyed and disappointed
