I had problems dealing with Aberton Renault, after listing complaint on hello peter I was referred to Atlas branch Johan Brits. I bought spares without any hassles with ease. Mail request get answers and feedback time and again. Recently I sent my normal mail and no response so I phoned and heard Johan had left. I requested another parts salesman, got email address and sent things through. I needed an idea on cost and then to order card key for my scenic. Jason was his name I had to scan and send copies of reg and Id. We waited days, after calling a few times and hearing about some system fault excuse. I decided to contact new parts manager, well after talking to him that also turned out to be fruitless. Since he still hasn't phoned back after four days. ( Breytenbach) The first contact made with Jason is May 30th. Today is July 22?!?! I cannot continue supporting Renault as I have for the last 15yrs, Ive decided based on the bad service second time round I'll sell my megane, scenic and modus and find someone who is interested in their brand.
