I am very dissapointed with Skynet and Unisa for delivering my books in a very bad condition. Do i really have to pay so much money for damaged goods? I even took pictures. To top it all off, the books where not delivered on time, as i supposed to have recieved them last week already, I kept on calling the pretoria contact centre to query about my parcel and they kept on telling me that they will get back to me, but they to this day they never got back to me.
