STILL NO UNISA DELIVERY

On the 12th of July I received an sms from Unisa saying my study material has been dispatched with Skynet and I will receive it within 5 days. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. I decide to call Skynet on the 24th of July to track my order and after being hung up on twice I get through to a consultant who tells me that it was sent out with a driver but was returned to skynet so she will send an email to send it out the next day. I called back on the 25th to find out if it has been dispatched and again after being hung up on I get through to a consultant who says it will be sent out the next day. So today I check this morning online to track my parcel and it says it was sent out at 10.42am. Now at 7.30pm I still not have received my study material. This is unacceptable!!! My waybill number is UNP4158203. I would appreciate a prompt response. You are delaying my education!!!
