My newly bought Hyundai Gets'radio was taken out by Imperial Menlyn and were meant to be replaced in three weeks time as it was still under warranty. Now after six weeks plus, I still have no radio and between the claims department and Management I'm getting no answers, no service and not one of them even have the decency to phone me or the sales agent back after the numerous messages and email. What was supposed to be a lovely new car experience is now turning into a major frustration.
