I have order a Cellphone from Vodacom to deliver the next day (Tuesday).
3 Day's later I made enquiries and Vodacom gave me the no for RAM. They inform me the address were incorrect and no contact details??? Vodacom made contact with them, phone and mail to correct the details.
24 Hour later had to call Vodacom again, because NO DELIVERY OR PHONE CALL. After speaking to Vodacom again, RAM phone me and said that his supervisor/manager said Monday will they deliver and less than 20-30 Min form their office. I ask the caller to ask the manager to phone me back (he was on lunch - must be long lunch he never called back!!!) The caller from RAM, informed me that RAM "stuff up".
Please SA Rugby, Cricket and others don't support them. We the consumer plea that companies must not support bad service delivery and RAM is one. Please twitter this to everyone.
