My car was booked in at Sanrose Panelbeaters and a hire car was promised to be delivered at 8h30 today at the panelbeaters by Avis but by 8h40 nothing arrived. A gentleman from Avis arrived from the same Branch to deliver another car but nobody could assist me. I phoned the Branch and first spoke to a very rude lady who interruped all the time and then I spoke to Wendy who promised the moon and stars. Only after 9h10 did the car arrived - NOT CLEANED. I was taken to the Branch and another car was promised - also not washed, Then a 3rd - not a full tank of petrol. Then the 4th!!! Wendy phoned the customer call centre and I spoke to an arrogant male who refused to connect me to his manager his words - "the branch manager in Midrand must sort my problem" Why did I have to wait more than a hour to receice my "booked" car? Why did I have to phone to have my car delivered? Why did the lady who delivered it to me and said it was clean? Why was I given 3 other cars that were not up to standard? Is this the level of service we as the public should get used to? This is BAD BAD BAD :(( :((
