Historically I have purchased new vehicles but came across their advert for a pre-owned vehicle on Gumtree. I phoned through and spoke to Leandri and let her know the price/colour etc I was looking for. Normally you dont hear much from a dealership without calling again but Leandri was on the ball. She kept me informed of their stock arrival, checked colour, milage and condition and found an absolute gem of a car in exactly the colour we had wanted. She arranged roadworthy, valet, tinting etc to ensure that the car would be ready in time for our trip from Johannesburg which was soon after the car arrived. I was certain it would be difficult to get it ready in such a short time but was not disappointed. She kept me in the loop on the vehicle progress during our journey from Joburg.
Leandri is incredibly friendly, approachable and efficient and I would definitely recommend Suzuki Produkta to Joburg friends and colleagues as a result.
