I would like to pay a HUGE COMPLIMENT to my Sales Consultant, Carina Venter and her Manager, Rowen Reddy!
I have been communicating my purchase of a Mercedes Benz with Carina since May 27th 2013, and when I thought my thirst for a much more fuel efficient car was finally quenched, I realised that the car I had purchased didn't have the very feature that I needed. A quick chat to Carina about this had an outcome that I least expected! I mean, let's face it: It wasn't before 25 June that I finally collected the car, and so much had been said and done, in terms of colour, fuel-efficiency and amounts. I got the colour and the amount, and thought I was happy, but little did I know that I was going to get a newer car at the same amount!
When Carina suggested a substitution of a 2011 model with a 2012 at the same mileage and amount, to satisfy the fuel efficiency need, I didn't think that was possible! To cut the long story short, Carina fought tooth and nail to get me satisfied at the very short space of time and it is all thanks to her and Rowen's approval that I am smiling all my driving way. So if u need a Merc, speak to Carina Venter at Sandown Motors! Thank u Carina n Rowen!
