Called to track a parcel, and it took about 10 calls before i was finally put through successfully, every time i got hung up or jumped straight to customer satisfaction review.
When I was put through eventually all said was my parcel is at the Pretoria station and they will put me through to the Pretoria branch for further assistance. That call did not go through as i was switch over to the customer satisfaction survey for the 11th time.
Afterwards I was not able to connect through again. This happened though out the course of the day from 10 to 3.
I still have not received my parcel and have no way of finding out where or what is going on.
