I bought a petrol "blue Efficiendy" Ozone friendly Mercedes C180 from New Vaal on 6/611, this car started to smoke Dec '12 on nearly 33 000km's, car was booked for 29/1/13, I was told it's a factory fault, a seal that leaks on the turbo, complained was logged and New Vaal is waiting for Head Office for an answer, I phoned 4/2/13 twice Jannie workshop manager can't take my call, spoke to Andre Gen Man on 5/2/13, Mark phoned back problem is logged they are still waiting for head office. 21/2/13 I spoke to Raven @ Head Office, problem was not logged, 25/2/13 I received conference call from Raven & Mark, Mark promised that parts were ordered and on it's way. 28/2/13 New Vaal confirms parts will be there 29/2/13 they booked my car for 4/3/13. I received sms 3/3/13 confirming the booking on 4/3/13. Carina New Vaal phones me 2pm on 4/3/13 telling me the parts did not arrive they will phone when parts arrive, 12/3/13 STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM MERCEDES. I DID NOT SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON A CAR THAT SMOKES, I DON'T WANT A SMOKING PETROL OZONE FRIENDLY VEHICLE! Lucky I did not leave my car there last week as suggested by them I would have been without a car for more than a week - BAD SERVICE.
