On Wednesday morning 4 September I had an accident with my car when a Koedoe ran over the highway. Luckily me and my passengers escaped without a scratch, but the car was a write off.
From there, things went so smooth I can only smile. I got in Kimberley at 9:00 the morning and called the insurance hotline.By 14:00 that day, the assessor already came out and things were on the roll.By Monday morning 9 September I decided to take up the rental car option and it was arranged within two or three hours.
Today, I received the settlement letter and once again there was no surprises. I got out what I expected I would get, which means my policy was well up to date.
During this time, Carina kept me in the loop of status with prompt emails, a phone call if needed and she was personally available when I had queries.
Overall, great service.
With that, I still have a local branch with a personal broker if I need to look someone in the face.
