Flight Centre
DO NOT USE GREENSTONE FLIGHT CENTRE - INCOMPETENT

Carina is extremely incompetent at her job. When booking flights to London:
- We could find a better deal than her by ourselves
- She then basically just booked the flights we found
- She booked something for us called gold seal - she incorrectly described what this was for and it turns out that we couldn't get the gold seal on our travel choice anyway - but we were charged for this
- Getting the refund was a hassle - we were told it would take 12 weeks. This was unacceptable
- The refund was then made available in a week after complaining - however, Carina couldn't process this with the card
- We went there on the 18th after explicitly telling her we would come pick up our tickets and vouchers on this day and it turns out she wasn't there - she was on team building and didn't make arrangements for the refund or for our vouchers.
- She is unbelievably incompetent and her manager, Michelle Grobler is just as inefficient and unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS BRANCH. IT IS HORRIBLE
