I revert back to my communication with Carina Scott-Parkin in September 2011 wherin I complained about a payment history/profile still reflecting on my credit report after being blaclisted with a default judgement from 2009 - May 2011 I have my credit reports for Sep 2011 and 06 May 2013 and emails from Carina Scott-Parkin to prove Breach of Promise. The Bayport payment history had to be removed already but now instead of only having a "P" status Bayport has added which reflects poor payment I want this sorted as amatter of urgency Carina Scott-Parkin was extremely efficient in sorting my complaint but a promise has been broken here in her capacity of client care manager however the fact that I had been blacklisted I still do honour a payment arrangement of R200 pm which Carina has informed me its too low but thats what I could and can still afford my major concern, and the million dollar question is... Is Bayport about to blacklist me again? The Bayport payment history is on my credit report for 4 years. I need assistance
